An original wedding cake inspired by contemporary design and decoration. Demonstrating my particular interest in utilising natural fresh decorations, where possible. Encompassing:
Tier 1 -4 (from top to bottom):
- Chocolate mud cake.
- Victoria sponge cake.
- Raspberry ripple.
- Lemon drizzle.
Decorated with fresh flowers and Italian meringue (tier’s 2 and 4).
