I was in Leeds attending the amazing Carla Puig class at Zoe’s Fancy cakes. A very intensive class, but worked with really nice people and with the nicest of hosts Zoe and Richard. These two have become really good friends and they have one of the most thriving cake businesses in the country.
The outcome was this fabulous female figurine based on a 50s style fashionista. Using modelling chocolate to create the features, built upon rather unbelievably, a rice crispy foundation!
